The Blue Between Sky and Water follows a Palestinian family over the course of four generations beginning in 1948 to present day. I am so glad to have found this book. The political background to the ongoing Gaza strip Palestinian Israeli conflict was an eye opener for me. Thought it was well written even if a little biased. It is a novel for our time—and one that is also timeless. Amazing and insightful novel that informs us about what the Palestinians went through, in an entertaining way.
